Flux Paste Termopasty 14ml
Flux Paste is an indispensable product for every SMT assembly and repair specialist.
Obtained from a concentrated RMA grade resin based flux, this flux gel ensures effectiveness,
while meeting strict industry safety standards.
With an amber color and a density of approximately 1.0 g/cm cubed at 80 degrees C,
this flux has a flash point exceeding 150 degrees C.
These characteristics not only guarantee safety during use, but also facilitate the working process.
The flux is compatible with a variety of surfaces including silver (Ag), copper (Cu), gold (Au), zinc (Zn), cadmium (Cd)
